Toni Bergins - Toni Bergins, MEd, founder and director of JourneyDance™, is an artistic alchemist and passionate catalyst for people to transform their angst into art and their vulnerability into strength. Over the past 20 years, she has helped thousands of people find a new sense of self-esteem, inner wisdom, emotional health, spiritual practice, and total well-being. She leads an international team of hundreds of JourneyDance Teachers, spreading joy and passion for life. Toni has a popular instructional CD and inspirational greeting cards. Rachel Frank -Rachel Frank, MEd; is a Journey Dance & Meditation Guide, connecting her training and inspiration from Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health to New York City; reinforcing the concepts of community, grounding, connection and healing through movement and meditation!
Nicole Mastroianni, Certified Holistic Health Coach. Expressive Arts Practitioner and JourneyDance Teacher. Trained in transformational movement and integratitve nutrition, she studied for her Masters of Arts in Health Arts and Sciences at Goddard College. Nicole founded Serenity Love Healing Arts Institute for Women in 2011 with a mission to educate women about the importance of self-care. Using mind-body connection, individuals discover the power held within. Nicole encourages women to explore who they want to be using body awareness, emotion and creative movement.
